NYC Waterfalls

Just like at Expo Zaragoza, with the protection of water as the topic, this art project includes five waterfalls on the shoreline located in different piers. Elliasson is the author of the one in the picture, that will start its performance tomorrow.
The difference between ZAZ and NYC is that in the second case no public money is involved in the project...
